Where in the world can I listen to Total Rugby on the radio?
TRI NATIONS
World Champions, Lion tamers and back at number one in the World, the Springboks arrived in Durban on Saturday determined to keep up the winning habit against the All Blacks. We have commentary highlights and reaction from Morne Steyn and Richie McCaw. Plus, we hear from Dan Carter as he plays his first match back in the Air New Zealand Cup.
SEAN FITZPATRICK ON THE ALL BLACKS
There's still plenty to play for in this extended Tri Nations series but how do the All Blacks put things right in so little time, and is Graham Henry's job on the line? All questions we put to former skipper, Sean Fitzpatrick.
JOHN SMIT: CAPTAINCY MASTERCLASS
In leading out the Springboks against New Zealand in Durban, John Smit reached yet another career milestone by becoming the most-capped international skipper of all time. We hear from the man himself, as well as teammates Bryan Habana and Victor Matfield.
KRISTY GITEAU: NEW WALLAROO
This weekend not one but two Giteaus will be in action for Australia - while Wallaby Matt lines up against the Springboks, sister Kristy is making her debut for the Wallaroos as they look to build on their success in Sevens this season and beat Samoa to reach next year's Women's Rugby World Cup. We hear from Ms Giteau.
AFRICA: 1,000 BALLS & THE SKRUM CHARITY
Rugby's development in Africa is hampered by a basic lack of kit, most crucially rugby balls. In a bid to remedy the situation, the IRB is distributing 1,000 balls to its member unions. We hear from Swaziland's rugby boss Michael Collinson, who has also taken an alternative approach to reaching out to the country's children.
THE BALLS OF PAMPLONA
Every year one million people visit the Spanish city of Pamplona to watch or take part in the famous bull run. In recent times, rugby Sevens has added itself to the festivities and we report on the Pamplona Sevens.
INDIA'S EGG DIET
Poached, scrambled, fried, boiled, it doesn't matter to India coach Norman Laker as long as it's eggs, because that is what he has prescribed to his players to build them up ahead of next year's Commonwealth Games. We hear from the man himself.
