TRI NATIONS DOUBLE BILL
1. South Africa clinch title - The World Champion Springboks travelled to Hamilton to face New Zealand hoping to secure their first Tri Nations since 2004. We have highlights and reaction from John Smit and Richie McCaw.

2. Gus Pichot: Argentina a step closer - This week SANZAR gave the Pumas a conditional invitation to join the Tri Nations in 2012. We spoke with former captain Agustin Pichot, who's now a member of the UAR board and the Four Nations project team.

RUGBY WORLD CUP 2011: TWO YEARS TO GO
In the build-up to the test, Hamilton also hosted a landmark function to mark two years until the next Rugby World Cup, in New Zealand. We hear from Rugby World Cup Limited Chairman Bernard Lapasset and IRB Chief Executive Mike Miller.

FAREWELL ARMS PARK: WITH TOM SHANKLIN
Rugby in Cardiff has a long and glorious tradition and the sport has been played at the Arms Park since 1881. The city's club moved to a new ground next door, also called the Arms Park, in 1969 and has been based there ever since, but now the Blues are leaving their old home. We hear from one former star, Gareth Edwards, and current centres Tom Shanklin and Jamie Roberts.

SPRINGBOK LEGEND: MORNE DU PLESSIS
Two of the current South Africa team, Francois Steyn and Bismarck du Plessis, are products of the famed Grey College in Bloemfontein. They follow in the footsteps of some illustrious predecessors including Morne du Plessis, one of the all-time great Springboks. We spoke with him this week about his career in rugby.

THE SPRIRIT OF RUGBY: L'AQUILA
Back in April this year, we reported on the devastating earthquake that struck the Italian city of L'Aquila. Hundreds of people were killed, thousands left homeless. One of the victims was 20-year-old Lorenzo Sebastiani, a prop forward destined for high honours. Five months on, L'Aquila and its rugby club is still coming to terms with the devastation.
