England Rugby 2015 Ltd. (ER2015) is committed to protecting your privacy.  The following is a description of our dissemination practices for data that you have provided us with via the newsletter sign up page on www.rugbyworldcup.com ("the site") or any other means of data collection that you have participated in.   It sets out what we will do with your information and the way in which we protect it.

We use personal information for two primary purposes:

• To perform the services you have requested, such as sending you our newsletter and other information about the Rugby World Cup 2015 (RWC2015)
• To alert you to other interesting information, unless you have indicated otherwise

ER2015 is very much aware that some people will not want their information used other than for the primary purpose for which it was supplied; some will want to receive information from ER2015 on RWC2015 issues only and others will want to receive more information.

In connection with additional information, the categories have been divided into two groups, namely:

• Rugby clubs and unions:  these may want to contact you with information about their rugby activities that may be of interest to you.
• Products and services available from RWC2015 official sponsors - these sponsors will be listed on the RWC2015 website.

You will only receive this information if you have opted in to receive it.

ER2015 will not use (or pass to any third party) contact data on children under the age of 12 for any commercial mailing purposes.

Processing Your Data
If you choose to give us personal information to process an order or provide you with a subscription to our newsletter service then this will be held and processed by ER2015 in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. ER2015 may also need to transfer your personal information to its agents or sub-contractors who will process it on ER2015’s behalf.

Providing you with information
ER2015 may use your personal information to supply you with information about RWC2015 and/or its related organisations, new services offered relating to RWC2015, as well as ER2015’s respective activities and ranges of goods, services and opportunities (and otherwise where you have given your consent).

ER2015 may also use your personal information for general statistical purposes. We also keep track of what you do with our newsletters when you receive them for trends and statistics and to evaluate the efficiency of our newsletter and information service.
