Ebetsu City

Ebetsu City is known as the “city of bricks” as it is one of the top brick producers in Japan. Agriculture is also a major industry of Ebetsu City and they produce a rare type of flour called “Haruyutaka”. This special type of flour is used to create ramen noodles, udon noodles and bread, all of which are local specialties.
