Key Features
- The fanzone is located right by Hanazono Rugby Stadium, a sacred ground for Japanese rugby, as it is where the national high school rugby tournament takes place every year and is the oldest dedicated rugby stadium in Japan (built in 1929).
- The road leading up to the stadium from Higashi Hanazono Station, ‘Scrum Road’, is decorated with flags introducing the teams participating in Rugby World Cup 2019.
- With the bright green natural turf as a backdrop, enjoy taking part in rugby activities in the baseball field where the fanzone will be held! *Fanzone will be limited to ticketholders for the Italy v Namibia match on 22 September.
