MIYAZAKI, 16 Sep - Winger Joe Cokanasiga and flanker Mark Wilson are injury doubts for England's opening game with Tonga.
Both players have knee injuries and join winger Jack Nowell and prop Mako Vunipola, who have already been ruled out of the Pool C game, on the injured list.
There is better news about centre Henry Slade who has been following a return-to-play programme and could be considered for selection, while Vunipola was able to take part in a weights sessions at the team's Miyazaki training base on Monday as he continues his rehabilitation.
Vunipola injured his hamstring in Saracens' Heineken Cup final victory in May and underwent surgery to repair the damage, only to injure the same area in England's warm-up victory over Ireland at Twickenham.
He is not expected to feature until England's final two pool matches against Argentina and France.
