Wales U20 winger Tom Bowen was issued with a red card as a result of two yellow cards in Wales' opening match against Georgia at the World Rugby Junior World Championship 2026 in Tbilisi on 27 June.
The independent Foul Play Review Committee was chaired by Marcello d'Oray (Portugal), joined by Olly Kohn (Wales) and Vicky Irwin (England).
The Committee found that the sending off was sufficient sanction, noting that one of the yellow cards was for a technical offence. The player has accepted the sanction and as a result is free to play with immediate effect.
