This team represents the strong bond connecting rugby and gastronomy: these two spheres are deeply rooted across France’s regions, share a strong sense of team spirit and an appreciation for the French lifestyle, reflecting what France will offer during the tournament.
Its main mission during Rugby World Cup 2023? To create the menus which will be a part of France 2023 Official Hospitalities, with a dedicated “XV of Gastronomy” signature. These menus will be made from local and in-season products, keeping in mind a goal of excellence and offering a culinary immersion into the local culture of each competing team.
