Accessibility and Inclusivity

Accessible ticketing

Tickets for Rugby World Cup 2027 matches are sold on the Rugby World Cup Official Ticketing Site.

Accessible seating can be purchased online with all other match tickets. For more information on how to make a booking (including companion card information) visit our FAQs page.

If you require further assistance with your accessible booking, you can contact the Rugby World Cup 2027 Customer Service team by using the contact us form on our website.

Accessible gates, lifts & bathrooms

The stadium is equipped with ramps and lifts, and accessible entry options are available at all gates. Accessible bathrooms are also available throughout the stadium.

If you require assistance accessing your seat, please inform a customer service staff member. A more detailed Accessibility Guide will be released closer to the tournament.

Accessibility assistance

On event days an Accessibility Attendant is roaming on the Level 3 Concourse to assist fans with accessibility needs from when they enter the stadium.

The Accessibility Attendant is identifiable with a pink high visibility vest that has an Accessibility logo on the back. If you require assistance, please reach out to them or a customer service staff member.

Changing Places

Brisbane Stadium is committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy their visit without limitations. The two registered Changing Places facilities provide fully accessible amenities for individuals with high care needs, allowing them to participate in events and activities comfortably.

Internal access is available for fans during events via their MLAK key or speak to a customer service staff member.

Quiet / Sensory Room

A Quiet / Sensory Room is a safe space for fans to go if they become overwhelmed during events. The Quiet Room is for anyone who needs to take a break from the sensory or social environment. Multiple groups can be in the room and use different spaces.

This space has been thoughtfully designed to provide those who enter with a calm and soothing environment.

When fans arrive at the Quiet Room, they can access it by simply opening the door and entering the room. Please ask a customer service staff member if you need help finding it.

Sunflower program

The sunflower program has been introduced at Brisbane Stadium.

The sunflower is a globally recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or invisible disabilities. Fans may choose to wear a lanyard throughout an event to discreetly identify to customer service staff member that they may need extra help, time or guidance.

If you need additional assistance, please approach a customer service staff member who have a Sunflower lanyard or pin.

Parents & baby changing facilities

Brisbane Stadium has a dedicated parent’s room on the Level 3 north concourse. This room is accessible to fans who require it during events.

In addition to the Parents Room, the Accessibility toilets around the stadium are also equipped with Baby Change Tables. Check the stadium map to find the closet one to your seats.

Multi-faith room

Brisbane Stadium offers a non-denominational quiet space for prayer, meditation or other religious observations during events.

The room is located within the Quiet Room on Level 3 and can be accessed via the Level 3 concourse at the southern end of the stadium.

Please ask a customer service staff member if you need help finding it.
