Quiet / Sensory Room

A Quiet / Sensory Room is a safe space for people to go if they become overwhelmed during events. The Quiet Room is for anyone who needs to take a break from the sensory or social environment. Multiple groups can be in the room and use different spaces.

This space has been thoughtfully designed to provide those who enter with a calm and soothing environment.

The room is located near Gate K (near Aisle 127). Please ask a customer service staff member if you need help finding it.

Parents & baby changing room

Stadium Australia has dedicated parents' rooms on Level 2 East and Level 2 West, providing a private space for feeding and caring for young children.

Accessing the parents' rooms:

  • From the main Level 1 concourse: Speak to a customer service staff member at the glass doors near Aisle 107 (East) or Aisle 131 (West) to access the Level 2 parents' rooms.

Baby changing facilities are also available within accessible bathrooms located throughout the stadium.

Sunflower program

The sunflower is a globally recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or invisible disabilities. Fans may choose to wear a lanyard throughout an event to discreetly identify to customer service staff member that they may need extra help, time or guidance.

Multi-faith room

Stadium Australia offers a non-denominational quiet space for prayer, meditation or other religious observations during events.

Please ask a customer service staff member if you need help finding it.
