      Where is Stadium Australia?

      Stadium Australia is located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park.

      The address Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

      Does the stadium have a bag policy?
      • All bags are subject to security screening on entry. To avoid delays, it’s best to leave large bags at home. Further details on bag limits and bag sizes will be released closer to the tournament.
      • Additional security measures may apply and will be communicated closer to tournament time.

      Does the stadium have a dress code?
      • Premium Experiences guest areas have a dress code minimum of smart casual.
      • As a minimum for general public areas, fans must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes.

      Where can I buy tickets?
      • Tickets for Rugby World Cup 2027 can be purchased from tickets.rugbyworldcup.com.
      • Fans are reminded to purchase tickets only through official channels. Any tickets obtained via unauthorised or unofficial platforms will be cancelled.
      • If you experience any issues with your ticket on event day, please visit the Stadium Ticket Office. Ticket Office staff can only assist with tickets purchased via Men’s Rugby World Cup Official Ticketing Website.
      • 1 October 2026 will be your next opportunity to secure tickets for the biggest Men's Rugby World Cup in history, with tickets sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Create your ticketing account now at tickets.rugbyworldcup.com.
      • All official tickets for Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 will be digital. More information on how to access and share tickets will be made available closer to the tournament.

      ❔  At the stadium

      Can I smoke or vape inside the stadium?
      • Smoking and vaping in the seating bowl and other public areas of the stadium is not permitted.
      • There are dedicated smoking and vaping areas available. 
      • For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see a customer service staff member.

      Does the stadium have free public Wi-Fi?

      Yes, free wi-fi is available at the stadium.

      Is first aid available at the stadium?
      • There are first aid facilities located throughout the stadium.
      • Please speak to a customer service staff member on the day for assistance locating them. 

      Are there water refill stations available at the stadium?

      Complimentary water stations are available throughout the stadium on all levels.

      What if it rains on event day?
      • Events will go ahead rain, hail or shine at Stadium Australia unless fan and player safety is at risk.
      • Stadium Australia is partially covered depending on where your seat is. 
      • We recommend all fans bring rain ponchos or coats if inclement weather is forecast, no matter where your seats may be.

      Can I buy merchandise at the stadium?

      Merchandise is available on event days only, at outlets throughout the stadium. Please ask a customer service team member on arrival for your closest outlet. Tournament Programmes will be available at select locations throughout the stadium.

      Does the stadium accept cash?
      • Stadium Australia is a cashless stadium. There are no ATMs in the stadium.
      • Cash payments are not accepted anywhere within the stadium.

      What should I do if I experience anti-social behaviour at an event?

      Please see a customer service staff member or security staff at the Stadium to report anti-social behaviour or text 0419 403 360.

      The Allianz Stadium precinct is located on the doorstep of the CBD. Sydney’s public transport system allows fans to move freely to and from the precinct.
