The Rugby World Cup is coming to London, and there’s no better place to enjoy the action than the Fan Zone at Battersea Power Station! Set against the backdrop of one of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, this riverside destination is the perfect place to soak up the excitement and celebrate the spirit of the tournament.
With a fantastic range of activities for all ages, vibrant match day entertainment, and live screenings of the tournament’s biggest moments, Battersea Power Station is ready to welcome fans from across the city and beyond!
🕒 Event Dates & Opening Hours
Saturday 13th September – Saturday 27th September 2025
There will be a wide variety of activities in the Fan Zone each day, with weekdays focusing on community sports and weekends screening key matches in the tournament.
🏉 Matchday Activities & Experience
Weekend match days will be the highlight, with live match screenings shown on a large screen.
On weekdays, the space will shift into a community activation hub, featuring a marked T1 rugby pitch and grassroots programming run by RFU community coaches. These sessions will offer school groups and local clubs a chance to try rugby in an inspiring riverside setting.
Additional activities will include partner engagements, sports taster sessions, and roaming entertainment, helping maintain an energetic, family-friendly atmosphere throughout the two-week run.
🍽️ Food & Drink
The fan zone will be fuelled by local food vendors and independent bar operators, while supporting homegrown businesses, placed across Battersea Power Station with vegetarian, vegan and GF options available.
🚻 Facilities
Toilets within Battersea Power Station are available, including accessible toilets and baby changing places.
The site has been designed for inclusivity, with a designated accessible seating area clearly marked near the main viewing space.
Although no drinking water taps are planned, vendors will supply refreshments throughout the day.
