Accessible ticketing
Tickets for Rugby World Cup 2027 matches are sold on the Rugby World Cup Official Ticketing Site.

Accessible gates, lifts & bathrooms
The stadium is equipped with ramps and lifts, and accessible entry options are available at all gates. Accessible bathrooms are also available throughout the stadium.
If you require assistance accessing your seat, please inform a customer service staff member. A more detailed Accessibility Guide will be released closer to the tournament.
Accessibility assistance
Wheelchair services are available to assist fans to/from seats. Please approach a customer service staff member upon arrival for assistance.
Changing Places
A Changing Places facility is available for those with high support needs, including a shower and adult changing space.
Access to this facility requires the use of an MLAK key or see a customer service staff member for assistance.
Quiet / Sensory Room
A Quiet / Sensory Room is a safe space for fans to go if they become overwhelmed during events. The Quiet Room is for anyone who needs to take a break from the sensory or social environment. Multiple groups can be in the room and use different spaces within the room.
This space has been thoughtfully designed to provide those who enter with a calm and soothing environment.

Sunflower program
The sunflower is a globally recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities, also known as hidden disabilities or invisible disabilities. Fans may choose to wear a lanyard throughout an event to discreetly identify a customer service staff member that they may need extra help, time or guidance.
If you need additional assistance, please approach a customer service staff member who has a sunflower lanyard or pin.
Parents & baby changing facilities
There are multiple baby change facilities available within the stadium.
Multi-faith room
Adelaide Oval offers a non-denominational quiet space for prayer, meditation or other religious observations during events located inside the East Gate.
