🎟️  Turnstiles open 90 minutes before scheduled kick-off, Fan Plaza opens 2 hours before kick-off. Please ensure to use the turnstiles indicated on your ticket

🏟️  Stadium Entry

Can I enter through any turnstile?

Please ensure to enter by the turnstile indicated on your ticket. If you’re unsure when you arrive, speak to a volunteer or steward.

How early should I arrive at the stadium?

It is recommended to arrive at the stadium in good time to avoid disruptions. Turnstiles at the stadium will open 90 minutes before kick-off for general admission. The Fan Plaza will open 2 hours before kick-off.

Is there a minimum age to attend a match?

There is no age limit to attend a Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 match, however supporters aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Does a baby need a ticket to enter the stadium?

Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket to enter the stadium, provided they are accompanied at all times by an adult and do not occupy a seat. Baby changing facilities can be found around the venue, these can be found on our interactive map or if you’re unsure ask a steward of volunteer. A buggy storage is also available subject to capacity which can be found on the interactive map.

If I am late to the match, can I still enter after kick-off?

Yes, late entry is permitted at this venue. Turnstiles will remain open until half-time for late entry (half-time of second match for double-headers).

Once I have entered the stadium, can I leave and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted at this venue, once you have scanned your ticket to enter the venue, you cannot scan out and re-enter.

Can I bring a water bottle into the stadium?

Yes, plastic and metal water bottles are permitted in the stadium up to a size of 750ml, for full information on venue rules and regulations, click HERE.

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

Bags up to A4 size are permitted in the stadium subject to a search by stewards. Any bags larger than this will not be allowed entry. There are no luggage storage facilities at this venue. Luggage storage options may be available in the local area in train stations or with local businesses through providers like Bounce and Stasher.

What should I do if I have a problem/emergency at the stadium?

If you have a problem or emergency at the stadium, report it to your nearest steward or volunteer who will be able to arrange immediate assistance.

Is there a lost and found office at the stadium?

If you lose an item while at the venue, speak to your nearest steward who will be able to assist you in locating the lost property office or visit the Information Point which can be found on the interactive map above.

Is the stadium covered if it rains?

All Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 venues are covered but seats in the front rows may not be covered in the event of strong wind. Make sure to check the weather forecast in advance and dress for the weather come rain or shine!

Do I need to bring cash to the stadium?

No, all venues at Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 are cashless so no cash is required.

Can I smoke or vape at the stadium?

No, smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside all Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 venues.

What is the Young Visitor Wristband Service?

The Young Visitor Wristband Service is available from the Information Point indicated on the interactive map. This service allows groups with young children to claim free wristbands with the responsible adult's phone number to help reunite the group in the event that a child is lost.

Will food and drink be available at the stadium?

Yes, there is a range of food and drink options available at the stadium serving a mix of hot and cold food, plus alcoholic and soft drinks.

Can I bring my own food and drinks inside the stadium?

A small amount of food can be brought in for personal consumption, as well as water in metal or plastic bottles up to 750ml in size. It is prohibited to bring alcohol in from outside the venue.

Will allergens be signposted?

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please ask the staff at concessions stands for more information.

Fans attending the match with an assistance dog must notify us in advance of the match so that we can allocate your seat accordingly in the most appropriate area. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of spectators and their assistance dogs. Please notify us via the Contact Us form here. Can I bring medical equipment with me to the match?

Medications and medical equipment are permitted. Evidence of reasons for medication/medical equipment requirements must be provided to RWC upon request. Ticket Holders are encouraged to contact the Venue beforehand for any additional support required or for clarification/confirmation on what medication/medical equipment may be permitted.

Do I need a radar key to access the accessible toilets?

Accessible toilets will be available without radar keys at this venue but we recommend bringing one with you if you have one in case it is required. If you require assistance accessing these facilities, please contact a steward or volunteer.
